16 miles west of Glasgow City Centre Ranfurly Castle is easily accessible from the M8 motorway. From Junction 28A take the A737 and exit at Johnstone, Bridge of Weir and follow the signs for Bridge of Weir. On entering the village take the first left and immediate right onto Prieston Road and follow for approx. 0.5 miles. Turn right at Carruth Road, where Ranfurly Castle is signposted and first left onto Golf Course Road.
